CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS

From 13 June 2014 the consumer contracts regulations, which implement the consumer rights directive in the UK Law , come into effect.

The Regulations apply to items bought online , at a distance, or away from traders premises.

RETURN / CANCELLATION OF ORDER

If you wish to return your item please notify me of your intention to cancel within 14 days of receipt of your order by email or letter . The 14 day cooling off period starts from the day after you receive your order.

There is a cancellation Form on the website that you can use , but it is not obligatory for you to do so .

Please note i do not accept telephone order cancellations .

If you cancel this contract i will reimburse to you all payments received from you , including the costs of delivery you paid {except for any supplementary costs , if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by Crystal Sugar Rush. 

Crystal Sugar Rush may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you .

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay , and not later than 

a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you , any goods supplied or

b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods or

c) if there were no goods supplied , 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel the contract .We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction and you will not incur any direct fees from the payment facilitator you used as a result of reimbursment . (this does not include fees from third parties for receiving the money after it is refunded) 

You should return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us of the intention to cancel the contract under the ConsumerRights Directive 2014 . 

you should send back the goods to the address giving on the packing document included with the order.

 

DELIVERY 

UK ADDRESSES 

All despatches to UK addresses are either sent by Royal Mail 1st class Standard £2.00 or Royal Mail 1st class Recorded £4.30 . All orders over £40 will be delivered 1st Class Recorded free of charge.

All items will be sent in an organza bag free of charge . or if you would like the item gift wrapped there is an extra fee of £1 (This includes organza bag , paper , ribbon and a lovely handmade paper bag from the Mulberry Tree Bark (eco friendly)
